Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the EMEA region.
• Develop and implement tailored account and territory selling strategies to maximize revenue.
• Prepare and present formal proposals to prospective clients, showcasing our UCaaS and CCaaS solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer needs.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and deliver regular reports on sales performance.
• Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in cloud communications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in the technology or communications sector.
• Strong understanding of cloud communication solutions, including UCaaS and CCaaS.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
