Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze vibration and temperature data at client sites, customizing data processing to the client’s assets and determining maintenance needs.
• Perform vibration data collection, data analysis, software modeling, programming, and engineering evaluations.
• Evaluate machinery health and condition through detailed analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with product development, installation, and customer support teams to ensure the successful implementation of monitoring solutions.
• Work alongside clients' reliability engineers to enhance operational efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Generate high-quality reports and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in condition monitoring technologies to continually improve service offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in condition monitoring, vibration analysis, or predictive maintenance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in data analysis software and tools; familiarity with programming is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and clients.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
