Responsibilities

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in a solutions engineering or similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for customer success.
