Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance recruiting workflows and operational processes to facilitate efficient and scalable hiring.
• Analyze recruiting operations data, reporting, and workflow performance to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and propose actionable improvements.
• Design and implement workflow enhancements, automation solutions, and system upgrades aimed at increasing efficiency and minimizing manual tasks.
• Investigate and resolve complex operational challenges linked to recruiting systems, workflows, reporting, and data integrity.
• Collaborate independently and with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving operational effectiveness.
• Support data-driven decision-making processes by strengthening data integrity and implementing scalable solutions aligned with Talent Acquisition objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruiting operations, program management, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
