Responsibilities
- Conduct collaborative success planning engagements to understand customers’ strategic business initiatives and build a comprehensive customer success plan.
- Mobilize a cross-functional team to execute success plans effectively, ensuring progress against customer’s strategic business initiatives and enhancing the adoption of Autodesk products.
- Develop and deliver business reviews to measure success, identify opportunities for growth, and provide actionable insights to customers.
- Act as a strategic advisor to customers, utilizing industry knowledge and best practices to help them achieve their business goals.
- Manage post-sale account relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through regular check-ins and addressing any concerns proactively.
- Coordinate support and resources to maximize the customer’s return on investment in Autodesk solutions.
- Monitor account health metrics and develop plans to improve customer engagement and product usage.
- Stay updated on product enhancements, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably in the software or technology industry.
- Strong understanding of Enterprise Business Agreements and the AECO (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, and Operations) industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Experience with Autodesk products and solutions is highly desirable.
