Responsibilities

  • Lead comprehensive technical discovery processes across diverse workflows, systems, and disciplines to identify transformation opportunities that align our technology with customer objectives.
  • Architect sophisticated, multi-solution technical proposals and deployment strategies, ensuring that ROI narratives and solution justifications are clearly articulated.
  • Establish and nurture deep, long-term relationships with both technical and business stakeholders, acting as a strategic technical advisor to support their needs.
  • Develop and maintain a detailed Customer Technical Vision (CTV) that outlines the technical landscape, long-term objectives, and strategies for adoption.
  • Identify and proactively pursue multiple solution expansion opportunities to facilitate revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage complex technical escalations that require coordination across various functions to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure that the technical solutions provided are in alignment with customer expectations and strategic business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in technical support or a related field, preferably in an enterprise environment.
  • Proven track record of leading complex technical engagements and providing solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture and systems integration.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships at various organizational levels.
  • Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
