Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture relationships with customers to ensure their success throughout the onboarding, implementation, and adoption process of Autodesk Tandem.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer workflows and assist them in adapting these to maximize the advantages of Autodesk Tandem.
- Act as a relentless advocate for customer needs, ensuring that feedback is communicated to the product team to drive continuous improvement.
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions and materials to promote understanding and usage of Digital Twin technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and marketing, to build awareness and enthusiasm for Autodesk Tandem among customers and partners.
- Monitor customer engagement and success metrics to proactively identify and resolve potential challenges in the adoption process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in building automation and management systems to provide valuable insights to customers.
- Participate in product development discussions to ensure customer feedback and needs are integrated into future iterations of Autodesk Tandem.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with building automation systems and/or building management systems.
- Strong understanding of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry, particularly in relation to Digital Twin technologies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of driving customer success and satisfaction.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment while managing multiple priorities.
- A passion for technology and an eagerness to learn about innovative solutions that can transform industries.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant software.
