Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Customer Success Readiness professionals, fostering a culture of development and high performance.
- Translate business objectives and team priorities into actionable plans, establishing clear metrics for success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Field Leads, Customer Success Design, Business Excellence, GTME, and Operations to ensure alignment and effective execution.
- Provide coaching and support to team members, enhancing their skills and capabilities in delivering customer success initiatives.
- Implement standardized processes and practices that enhance operational visibility and efficiency across the team.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to streamline processes and improve customer engagement outcomes.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet evolving business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, training, or management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with AI tools and automation processes is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
