Responsibilities

• Provide techno-functional consulting for Salesforce Core Clouds including Sales, Service, and Experience.
• Analyze, design, and implement cross-platform features and integrated systems that align with client needs.
• Clearly structure and resolve complex issues in collaboration with stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Lead workshops to assess technical and functional requirements and guide design and implementation processes.
• Act as a vital bridge between clients and development teams, ensuring smooth communication and project success.
• Contribute to internal initiatives such as mentoring new team members, recruitment efforts, and business development activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role, with a strong understanding of Salesforce Core Clouds.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working with diverse teams and clients.
• Proficiency in leading workshops and gathering requirements effectively.
• Experience in cross-platform integration and system implementation.
• Salesforce certification is highly desirable.
