Responsibilities
- Support the execution of comprehensive media campaigns in collaboration with the Director and channel leads.
- Assist in developing and updating campaign plans, calendars, and pacing trackers to effectively monitor performance against business and media KPIs.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including TV/Audio leads, Brand Planners, Growth, and Analytics to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Maintain measurement workflows and contribute to a culture of testing and learning across offline channels.
- Analyze media performance data to provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Participate in strategic discussions to refine media investment and planning processes.
- Foster relationships with agency partners to streamline communication and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in media planning or marketing roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Experience managing media campaigns across various channels, including TV and audio platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
