About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and establishing relationships with some of the largest companies in North America. Your focus will be on developing and closing business opportunities with Motive's biggest prospects, leveraging our innovative platform to enhance operational efficiency and safety for their physical operations.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential enterprise clients, delivering tailored presentations and proposals.
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that effectively communicate the value of Motive's offerings.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reporting on progress and forecasts to senior management.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in target accounts.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in enterprise sales, preferably in the technology or SaaS industry.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close large deals.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
