Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of scalable and compliant insurance form solutions for Auto, Property, and Umbrella products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate market delivery of policy forms.
• Support regulatory compliance initiatives and profitability programs through effective form management.
• Adapt and refine the forms ecosystem, driving modernization efforts and operational evolution.
• Engage with stakeholders to balance speed and quality in a high-throughput environment.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing issues as they arise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in product management or ownership, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and insurance operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
