Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging online lectures and workshops on Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, with a strong understanding of Agile frameworks and principles.
• Prior teaching or training experience is preferred, especially in an online format.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage adult learners effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms.
• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) is a plus.
