Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage the Summer Youth Internship Grant program, ensuring all aspects of the program are executed effectively and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local employers to secure internship opportunities for youth participants.
• Oversee the application and selection process for youth interns, ensuring compliance with program guidelines.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of internship placements, providing feedback and support to both interns and employers.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on program outcomes, funding utilization, and participant engagement.
• Organize workshops and training sessions to enhance the skills of interns and prepare them for successful career placements.
• Collaborate with community organizations and educational institutions to promote the program and increase awareness of available opportunities.

Requirements
