Responsibilities

As an ISDA Negotiator, you will play a critical role in supporting our global clients in the banking and financial services sector. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Negotiating a variety of documents, including ISDA Master Agreements and other related documentation.
• Drafting, reviewing, and revising ISDA agreements to ensure compliance with client requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborating with internal teams and clients to provide expert legal guidance on derivatives documentation.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry practices, regulatory changes, and market trends relevant to ISDA negotiations.
• Contributing to the development of best practices and processes for efficient negotiation and execution of ISDA agreements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in derivatives documentation and negotiation, specifically with ISDA agreements.
• Experience gained in-house within the financial services industry is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Strong understanding of principles, practices, and procedures related to ISDA negotiations and execution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
