Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leads, analysts, and data scientists to gather requirements and understand data needs.
• Design and develop data pipelines that facilitate the modernization of data platforms on AWS.
• Engage in hands-on coding to create real pipeline solutions for ongoing projects.
• Assist in the retirement of legacy data warehouses while ensuring smooth transition to new data platforms.
• Work alongside experienced engineers to build data products that enhance decision-making processes.
• Participate in learning sessions to gain insights into the agent-native craft of data engineering.
• Support the team in conducting validation and testing of data products.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, or Java.
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts and cloud platforms, particularly Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly.
