Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end schedule coordination and updates for the leased portfolio of data center projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Pre-Construction, Contracts, Finance, and Operations Engineering to align on project schedules.
• Act as the technical subject matter expert for schedule management, ensuring all reporting is accurate and timely.
• Identify, document, and communicate schedule-related risks and issues to facilitate proactive mitigation strategies.
• Manage schedule health reporting and escalation processes to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Enable effective change management by ensuring that schedule modifications are documented and communicated expediently.
• Work closely with the Delivery Team and Project Controls Lead to forecast project timelines and mitigate potential delays.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within data center or construction environments.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Proficient in scheduling software and tools, with a background in risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
