Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of ten Business Development Representatives across the Southwest region, including Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, and Washington.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives aimed at maximizing market penetration for our premier skincare brands, PCA Skin and EltaMD.
- Set clear performance goals and objectives for the sales team to consistently exceed revenue targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Foster a high-performing culture within the sales team, encouraging collaboration and achievement of common goals.
- Establish strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and presence in the market.
- Conduct regular team meetings to provide guidance, share best practices, and motivate team members.
- Prepare and present sales reports to upper management, outlining performance metrics and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and make informed decisions.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
- Experience in the skincare or beauty industry is preferred but not mandatory.
