Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively and promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and engineering to advocate for customer needs and influence product development.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and implement proactive measures to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to showcase product updates, usage insights, and best practices.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops to empower customers in utilizing our AI solutions effectively.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field, preferably within the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in business contexts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention through effective relationship management.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages relevant to the region is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients across the Western Europe region.
