Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
- Search for and confirm travel reservations, ensuring compliance with client policies.
- Provide expert consultation regarding travel regulations, including DOT, TSA, passports, and visas.
- Deliver essential industry information to clients, such as fare comparisons, exchange costs, and penalty assessments.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational processes and commercial relationships for improved client satisfaction.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the travel industries we support and proactively seek knowledge expansion.
Requirements
- Proven extensive experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of travel industry policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing client needs.
- Familiarity with travel booking systems and tools is a plus.
