Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing technical inquiries and resolving issues related to our data integration and management solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their data needs and help them optimize their use of our products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to educate customers on best practices for data management.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with data movement, transformation, and reporting processes.
• Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and assist in product improvement initiatives.
• Participate in the development of technical documentation and user guides.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
• Proven experience in technical support or a similar role, preferably within the data management or analytics industry.
• Strong understanding of data integration concepts and experience with ETL processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
• Familiarity with SQL and data querying techniques.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
