Responsibilities

• Engage with enterprise clients to understand their data needs and challenges.
• Demonstrate Fivetran's data integration platform through presentations and technical discussions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and expanding market share.
• Provide technical expertise and support during the sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal.
• Assist in the creation of proposals and solutions tailored to client specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position Fivetran's solutions.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and support.
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to relay client feedback and influence future product development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a sales engineering role or similar position, preferably in the data integration or analytics domain.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data movement processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements and events.
