Responsibilities

• Develop user-centric designs that enhance the user experience across various platforms.
• Create and maintain Body of Evidence (BOE) documentation to support system accreditation efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs and translate them into functional design specifications.
• Implement design controls and document necessary actions to ensure compliance with system requirements.
• Conduct user research and testing to identify user needs and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with developers to ensure that designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to continuously innovate and improve user experiences.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, preferably in a technology or defense environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects and methodologies.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
• Ability to communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members.
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret security clearance.
