Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with legal and business teams of Fortune 500 clients to achieve company objectives.
- Provide practical legal advice and commercially tailored support on a broad range of energy and oil & gas matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements related to bids, tenders, new market entries, project financing, and EPC contracts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks while maintaining and updating documentation on regulatory requirements.
- Manage and resolve intricate joint-venture obligations to protect the company's interests and mitigate potential claims and risks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in the energy, oil & gas sector, either in private practice or in-house.
- Strong understanding of legal frameworks and regulatory compliance in the energy sector.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advisory skills in relation to complex agreements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
