Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance AI-powered features across existing products to improve functionality and user experience.
• Integrate and maintain large language models (LLMs) and AI services within production applications to ensure seamless operation.
• Implement conversational AI, AI voice, and intelligent workflow capabilities that drive engagement and efficiency.
• Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and agent workflows to support diverse user needs.
• Integrate AI capabilities with internal systems and external services to maximize performance and utility.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve AI-related production issues through thorough identification, root cause analysis, and timely resolution.
• Improve application performance, reliability, latency, and operational costs through ongoing analysis and optimization.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and AI Scientists to enhance AI quality and improve overall user experience.
• Evaluate and adopt new AI technologies that offer significant business value and align with company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio of AI projects.
• Expertise in machine learning, natural language processing, and AI technologies.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Experience with cloud services and platforms that support AI development.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
