Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing retention campaigns and promotional activities for both existing and new users across the African markets.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as Retention, Reactivation, and ROI and prepare comprehensive reports to track user engagement and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal product and analytics teams to maintain and enhance retention tools and ensure reporting accuracy.
• Ensure that regional offers and promotions are delivered on time and remain competitively positioned in the market.
• Coordinate with external partners on the execution of campaigns and manage follow-up tasks effectively.
• Support personalization and automation initiatives by providing operational insights relevant to the region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in CRM, retention marketing, or customer engagement roles.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a knack for working in cross-functional teams.
