We are seeking a dedicated Technical Sales Specialist (TSS) to join our Chromatography and Mass Spectrometry Division. This role is crucial in driving sales and providing exceptional support for our innovative technologies, primarily focused on our instrument and consumables portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize new client opportunities and sales potential for the assigned product lines to foster business growth.
• Coordinate strategies to enhance market penetration and expand the customer base.
• Support sales initiatives by leveraging technical expertise to demonstrate the value of our products to both new and existing accounts.
• Engage with customers to elevate their curiosity about our offerings, effectively driving the Thermo Fisher Scientific value proposition from sample to knowledge.
• Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
• Collaborate with sales colleagues to develop strategic plans that align with the company’s objectives and enhance revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the life sciences or analytical instrumentation sectors.
• Strong technical knowledge of mass spectrometry and chromatography technologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet client needs and company objectives.
