About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Affiliate Relationship Manager (ARM) to develop and maintain long-term relationships with key affiliates and channel partners in global markets. This role emphasizes strategic partnership management over aggressive business development, focusing on affiliate retention, revenue growth, and relationship stability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and cultivate relationships with affiliates and channel partners to enhance engagement and performance.
• Analyze and identify growth opportunities within existing partnerships, ensuring continuous revenue increase.
• Monitor affiliate performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure affiliates have the tools and support needed to succeed.
• Conduct regular reviews and feedback sessions with affiliates to foster strong, trusting relationships.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities in the cryptocurrency and FX sectors.
• Manage risk by identifying potential issues within affiliate relationships and proactively addressing them.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in affiliate management or business development, preferably within the cryptocurrency or FX industries.
• Strong understanding of the affiliate ecosystem and the unique dynamics of the crypto market.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship building.
• Proven ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
