Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, solution-focused counselling and information support services via telephone to employees of client companies.
• Utilize evidence-based counselling techniques to address clients' needs effectively.
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans within a short-term framework.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with professional standards.
• Collaborate with client companies to enhance employee well-being and engagement.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in counselling and mental health support.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Psychology or Counselling.
• Active and valid registration with the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) as a Registered Psychologist or Registered Psychometrician.
• If the degree is in counselling, a valid license to practice counselling is required.
• Ability to provide counselling in a short-term framework.
• Willingness to relocate to Malaysia; working permit sponsorship will be provided, but candidates must cover their own relocation and accommodation costs.
• Fluency in Tagalog and English is essential.
• Prior experience in the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) field is preferred.
