Position Overview

As a Fusion Sales Account Executive for Named Accounts, you will play a pivotal role in one of Autodesk’s fastest growing business segments. This position involves driving strategic adoption, expansion, and usage growth of Fusion within some of the most influential manufacturing organizations globally. Collaborating closely with Named Account Managers, you will co-own strategies to penetrate new divisions and secure significant Fusion wins.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Named Account Managers to develop and execute account strategies.
  • Drive Fusion adoption and measurable value within Enterprise Business Agreements (EBAs).
  • Facilitate the closing of new Fusion transactions for accounts without EBA coverage.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of Fusion.
  • Lead end-to-end deal processes in select opportunities while co-selling in others.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Monitor account performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in the software or technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and its challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software.
  • Ability to travel as required to meet with clients and stakeholders.
