In this role, you will be a technical leader responsible for the design, development, and delivery of our developer portal and Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings. Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and technical direction for our PaaS product features, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy and technical vision.
• Drive the development of complex software solutions, writing high-quality, maintainable code that meets industry standards.
• Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our platforms, utilizing best practices and modern technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine project requirements, specifications, and timelines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into our platform architecture as appropriate.
• Contribute to the creation of technical documentation and provide training to team members as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Platform Architect, Software Engineer, or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of cloud computing architectures and technologies, particularly PaaS solutions.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience mentoring software engineering teams.
