Responsibilities

• Generate new business for CardioMEMS and expand existing accounts in the South UK region.
• Take ownership of regional performance, working independently in alignment with the Country Manager UKI.
• Identify market opportunities and develop regional growth plans in line with revenue targets.
• Set clear sales objectives and translate them into actionable plans with Territory Managers.
• Lead account planning and market access initiatives to enhance product adoption.
• Drive the execution of account strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Support key customers and stakeholders through effective relationship management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Strong understanding of the cardiovascular market and heart failure therapies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region as needed.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
