Responsibilities

• Lead operational Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and establish effective maintenance strategies.
• Manage and govern content for the Global Maintenance Library, ensuring compliance with rigorous Maintenance Change Management processes.
• Drive Corrective Maintenance initiatives through comprehensive Failure Mode Analysis to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.
• Evaluate regulatory and compliance requirements, providing governance and ensuring adherence across all operational areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across various time zones to ensure seamless project execution and asset management.
• Contribute to scoping and roadmapping for reliability initiatives, aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
• Solve complex technical problems, ensuring operational excellence across both new and existing data center sites.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in reliability engineering or a similar role within data center operations.
• Strong understanding of asset management principles and lifecycle processes.
• Familiarity with FMEA and maintenance strategy development.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
