Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients to understand their security needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the functionality and benefits of Ajax Systems’ offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for market penetration and lead generation.
• Provide technical support to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a pre-sales or technical support role, preferably in the security systems industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present complex information effectively.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel across France for client meetings and presentations.
