Responsibilities
- Provide timely, accurate, and responsive information and service to policyholders and agents within the Personal Lines division.
- Independently resolve policy-related issues and escalate complex matters as necessary.
- Identify and analyze customer policy needs to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the growth and retention of business by addressing customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products, plans, and programs to provide accurate information.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while handling customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- A valid customer service license is preferred; candidates must be willing to obtain one if not already licensed.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote work.
- Must be available for full-time paid training, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM EST.
