As a Customer Success Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping customers realize the full value of their Autodesk solutions. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Autodesk products is a plus.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Willingness to travel within the ASEAN region as needed.
